Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete) is looking for a Creative Manager who can create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. The one who can develop an overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports and at the same time manage all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Translate written communications into graphics that support and enhance the client’s communication as well as the brand.
- Provide multiple design concepts as required by project direction.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Understand design and production of print and other graphics for all types of applications including but not limited to advertising, brochures, technical literature and trade show graphics and social media.
- Follow the latest trends in design, advertising and marketing and incorporate the same into designs.
- Invent new ideas for branding, campaigns and marketing messages. Understand design and recognize fresh approaches.
Requirements:
- Video editing & Animation skills will be a plus
- Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, quick thinker, team management, design thinker, ability to lead, self-starter, and a multitasker
