Job Description

eTutorWorld is looking for a contract based Academic Content Expert to join our Content team. We are looking for subject matter expert with 1-3 years of experience in Test Prep content creation and review for Grades K-8, such as worksheets, and concept explanations to create, improve and manage the eTutorWorld test prep academic content.
Below are the details about the position:
1. Research about and provide inputs on the format and levels of Standardized Tests.
2. Ownership of test prep academic content of eTutorWorld
3. Creation of new and review of test prep academic content.
4. Upload the created questions and worksheets to the company’s online quizzing platform.
5. Proof-read and verify content from others as per company standards.
6. Ensuring that content is interesting and original and as per the Standardized tests’ (CogAT, ACT, AP, PSAT, SAT, SCAT, SSAT, MAP etc) format and curriculum.

Requirements

1. Graduate or post graduate in English or Math subjects
2. At least 3 years of experience in academic content creation in English or Math for Grades K to 8
3. Passion for education sector
4. Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
5. Strong writing and research skills 6. Knowledge of US and other curriculum is a plus
7. Tech savvy, should be familiar with general internet browsing and MS-Office tools
8. Candidates can work from home, anywhere in India.
9. This is a part-time position and requires a minimum of 20 hours per week.
10. The candidate should be ready to collaborate with the company’s academic team and manager on a regular basis.
