Now you may be wondering what the day-to-day will look like. As a developer service representative, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Develop Web application using Xpages, Agent and CSS.
- Develop web forms, approval process, mobile html pages and setup the new clients.
- Develop new projects and also assist client to find issues and resolve them.
- Work side-by-side with our engineer to test the software for the new organization interested in our software.
- Email clients and answer their questions.
- Email the new clients with resolutions and new code.
- Act as a resource on topics such as quality management, software technicalities, and best practices
- Contribute to a brand of unparalleled customer service on a team that lives and breathes customer care
- Do your best, focused work, from 11:30 am (New York times zone ) to 3:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: 1,200.00 – 1,400.00 per hour
